Mr. Harris is a performance-driven Senior Executive offering 40 years of experience in the Department of Defense environment. He provides overall leadership, direction, executive oversight and guidance for Zenith’s strategic growth and tactical operational initiatives. His previous key leadership experience include Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Quantum Dynamics, Inc., where he provided executive leadership and direction for the company’s strategic initiatives, activities and plans for the Information Technology, Logistics Operations, Training, Business Management and Engineering lines of business.

Mr. Harris joined Quantum after serving in several key leadership positions with Lockheed Martin, most recently as the Director of the Information Technology Infrastructure Services Division for Information Systems & Global Services (IS&GS)-Defense. In this role, Mr. Harris led the strategic direction, planning and execution of the group’s worldwide presence and the growth of mission-focused IT across the Air Force, Army, Navy and Combatant Commands. Mr. Harris completed the Lockheed Martin Certified Program Management Professional Program, and he is a graduate of the Carnegie Mellon University’s Management Strategies Program, the Lockheed Martin Institute Center for Leadership Excellence for Financial Strategies, and the Capturing New Business Institute.
